My work centers on technology, culture, and corporate governance, giving leadership a clear, executable plan for where AI creates real value without disrupting the systems and people already running their organization.

This site serves as the central log for my writing and speaking, including panel discussions and fireside chats.

My perspective on technology governance was built across more than twenty years, starting with cross-border financial due diligence and regulatory compliance work for a major automotive restructuring in Germany and Slovakia, and continuing through leading and advising on large-scale digital initiatives, including cloud strategy and AI adoption with enterprise and public sector institutions at Google Cloud. Throughout, the focus has remained the same: bringing structural clarity and economic alignment to complex, heavily regulated environments.

This work has centered on modernizing the digital infrastructure behind major regional institutions: modernizing internal project-portfolio reporting for one of the nation's largest customer-owned health insurers, from stakeholder requirements through vendor selection and the business case that justified the new self-service reporting platform; building a modernized budgeting platform for the City of Chicago, fully tested and ready for go-live; modernizing vital records tracking and digitization for Cook County, live across a five-office rollout; and assembling the technology partners and consultants behind the Chicago Transit Authority's applied intelligence modernization, which expanded multi-language passenger access.

I serve as a Board Director for The Civic Federation and maintain active memberships in both The Economic Club of Chicago and The University Club of Chicago.
